The Society for Transformational Therapy

The is the home of The Society for Transformational Therapy. It is comprised of members dedicated to the development of a system of therapy designed to enable people to live their lives to the full. Its members are from all schools of thought. The qualifications for membership are; training at an approved course, the submission of an acceptable original thesis, or proof of the required skills.
There is no upper age limit and academic qualifications are not as important as personality, commitment, and integrity.
An applicant must either have completed a course of training at an approved school for at least six months part-time training consisting of at least 120 hours classroom tuition and homework or have been in practice as a Hypnotherapist for five years or more.
Members may use the initials MSTT OR Member Society for Transformational Therapy or Registered Practitioner Society for Transformational Therapy.
It is a requirement of membership that proof of professional indemnity insurance cover is provided on an annual basis.

All practising members undertake to:
Provide service to clients solely in those areas which they have demonstrated competency and for which they carry full professional insurance.
Be aware of their own limitation and wherever applicable, be prepared to refer a client to another suitable practitioner (whether or not such practitioner is a member of the Society) who might be expected to offer appropriate assistance.
Maintain strict confidentiality within the relationship consistent with the good care of the client and the protection and safety of the client’s family and other members of the public.
